Shipping policy

We ship your order directly from our country. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Once your order is placed, it will be delivered to the address you provide. Depending on your location, we use various courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Skynet, or government EMS. Once you placed your order, will post your order as soon as possible then we will provide shipping tracking number manually to track your order yourself. 

Please note that Nepal is a landlocked country, which can occasionally limit the ability of shipping partners to generate tracking numbers automatically for online orders. As a result, we provide shipment tracking details manually via email to all of our valued tea customers.

In most cases, tracking information is provided within a few days after dispatch. Once the shipment has been handed over, we coordinate directly with our shipping partners, including UPS, EMS, and SkyNet International Courier, to obtain the tracking number. After receiving the information, we promptly forward it to our customers via email.

In rare cases where there is a delay in obtaining the tracking details, we kindly request our customers’ patience and understanding. Our team remains fully committed to ensuring that every order is handled with care and delivered in a reliable and timely manner.
