À propos du thé

Fresh tea leaves from the garden are first brought to the factory, where they undergo withering to reduce moisture and soften the leaves. Next, the leaves are rolled using a rolling machine, which helps release their natural juices and shape them. After rolling, the leaves go through oxidation (fermentation), developing the rich color, aroma, and flavor characteristic of black tea. Finally, the leaves are carefully dried in a drying machine until completely moisture-free. After these steps, the black tea is ready to be packaged and enjoyed.

Méthode d'infusion

Water Temperature:
Use water between 90°C and 100°C (not boiling). Too hot water can damage the delicate leaves and make the tea bitter.

Tea Quantity:
Use about 1–2 teaspoons ( 2-3 grams) of white tea leaves per cup (200–250 ml) of water.

Steeping Time:
Let the tea steep for 2–5 minutes, depending on how light or strong you prefer it.

Method:
Add the tea leaves to a pot or cup, pour the hot water over them, and let it steep. Strain and enjoy.

White tea can also be re-steeped 2–3 times, with slightly longer steeping each time for a richer experience.
