Use water between 100°C .
Quantity:
Use about 1–2 teaspoons ( 2-3 grams)b lemongrass per cup (200–250 ml) of water.

Steeping Time:
Let the tea steep for 2–5 minutes, depending on how light or strong you prefer it.

Method:
Add the leaves to a pot or cup, pour the hot water over them, and let it steep. Strain and enjoy.
