Brewing Method
Brewing Method
Heat water to 70–80°C for green tea, 90–100°C for black tea and 80–90°C for white tea. Add one teaspoon ( 2-3 grams tea) to a cup or teapot. Pour water over the leaves and steep for 2–3 minutes. Strain promptly to prevent bitterness. Serve plain or with a touch of honey. Leaves may be re-steeped for a lighter second infusion.
