Brewing Method

Heat water to 70–80°C. Add one teaspoon ( 2-3 grams )of green tea to a cup or teapot. Pour water over the leaves and steep for 2–3 minutes. Strain promptly to prevent bitterness. Serve plain or with a touch of honey. Leaves may be re-steeped for a lighter second infusion.
